Hi there! I am a current Ph.D. student at the University of Memphis working towards a Doctoral degree in Communication with a focus in Rhetorical Movements & Interpersonal Studies. I received my Master of Arts in Communication Studies at Texas State University. I also received my Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies with a minor in Mass Communication from Texas State. I have experience in leadership, training, mentoring, and coaching graduate instructors. I have worked with several religious, social justice, Greek-lettered, non-profit, and restaurant organizations in Texas, Louisiana, and Arkansas to enhance their marketing, branding, and how to effectively communicate and appeal to wider audiences. My professional interests are rooted in training, diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging (DEIB), discourse studies, and teaching.
